Direct Billing

Optimed Optometry and ArtSEE Eyewear have partnerships with most private insurance plans.

We are able to bill directly to a majority of insurance providers for eye exams, contact lenses and eyewear. However, there may be some limitations to certain insurance companies, which may require the plan member to submit the claim themselves.

Please be sure to bring in your card at the time of your appointment to save you the hassle of submitting forms.
